FLASH N' GLO
This body of work is comprised of a series of prints created from photographic images taken during a trip to Alaska. Printed with phosphorescent ink, the images charge with light and expend that energy during periods of darkness. This series is displayed within a controlled environment in which the lights continually flash on and off. The cycling of the flashing lights foregrounds the ever-changing environment in which we live; light and dark, altering our perceptions, fleeting, from one moment to the next.
